When we can test
Pre-employment, testing can be a very effective way of communicating policy with new employees, and a formidable deterrent.
Random tests, can be carried out monthly, quarterly, bi-monthly or as frequent as you like. It is advisable to schedule random tests in advance and make a commitment to these dates. In workplaces that carry out frequent random tests we have noticed that there are fewer “for-cause” or “post-incident” tests required.
